In outdoors pools you are restricted only by other people, whose swim there. I've lived in Warsaw for 26 years and I know only one place with open-outdoors pool. It is near by Wybrzeze Szczecinskie street, just through Lazienkowska Highway. Ofcourse you can hire indoor pool for yourself, and swim fully clothed (Koncertowa street, ect.) Outdoors pools are opened only when temperature is above ~28C, generaly in July. In indoors pools security doesnt allow you swim in "not ordinary swimsuit". |
In reply to Message (16329) Question for Poles
By klm4748 - Wed 01/06/05 03:14:42 GMT I've heard that there are outdoor pools in Warsaw, not just the indoor ones. Can anyone give me an idea how restrictive they are on swimwear compared to the indoor pools? I feel like I'm lucky no one yells at me for wearing more than just the spandex underwear that passes for swimwear here (eww!)... |
