The reason why you don't find more pictures of girls in wet pantyhose, is because first of all, pantyhose aren't as popular as they used to be (most girls in their twenties don't wear them that often) and secondly, I think a lot of girls will take them off if they're going to be swimming or something. Even if they decide to go in a pool or a founatin fully clothed, they will probably take off their hose first.....

Indeed, I looked through many sites (from www.umd.net etc) and found so few photos where part of costume would be pantyhose.
