I just caught on the BC news them showing a polar dip in Victoria - and there was a woman done up in a long green ballgown going in! Lots of ppl were fully clothed, but they didnt show a good shot. Just a quick glmpse :(

Yes it's too bad it's mostly men polar dipping. We need more females clothed to participate in this yearly event.
