Keep in mind WIR, there may be dumbasses like myself, who for a long time, didnt know I had mail in my spam folder....heck, I didnt even know it was there! Im on AOL, and they change little things here and there, and thats what happened to me. I would send folks emails, they'd email me back, but it went in a spam folder and I didnt know it. I was then sending out nasty (not real nasty) replies back to them thinking they was ignoring me. The I learned. I see it from both sides, though, and when you do business with others, you have to put up with some ignorance. I own a collision repair/bodyshop, and I have to put up with alot. I have to sometimes do the work the insurance company should be doing...paperwork and stuff. I is just all part of it. I have to kiss my customer's ass, or they will move on to another shop down the road who will. Thats my $.02 worth, may not be much, but its there. |

I don't write nasty letters even though I receive them. And I do deal with it. All I'm saying is when it rains it pours. I never minded the isolated incidents, but having gone thru more than a handful in 24 hours, I kinda lost it. So I appologise for rant. There will be a "Lost Souls" page on all 3 of the sites I run, so that the paying public can see if their name is on the list of those who haven't received their passcodes with 24-48 hours and I will not post those names on the forums. If u haven't received ur passcodes within 24 hours of the transaction, there will be a page u can go to find out.

I am happy to buy those pictures and DVDs but I droped liquid ladies because of the nasty email I recieved from you regarding my password. While I know you have better things to do than deal with these problems, no one does this on purpose and since we are the paying customers deal with it. |

I have got better things to do than to spend hours trying to contact u ppl with ur passcodes. And I am getting fed up with it. Surely most ppl know that with these web mail accounts that there is an accompanying spam blocker that comes with it. USE IT Come on ppl, b4 u click submit when u make a payment, stop and think about it for a few minutes and make sure that there won't be any problems receiving ur merchendise orders or subscription services passcodes. So from now on if I don't get back a return receipt when I send u ur passcodes within 24 hours, I will first plaster ur name and email account on the both forums. If I do not get a response within 24 hours of that, I will refund ur money. Simple as that. I will try and get a seperate board on the styx forum dedicated to those who complain that they never received their passcodes. But most important, and I can't stress it enough, Is PLEASE CHECK UR JUNK/SPAM folders. U'll probably find there are other important stuff in there as well.
