I would use Worldpay as they do accept Visa Electron but it states the site you are subscribing to has to display the Visa Electron symbol, which yours doesn't. Looks like the guest gallery for me then.

We will NOT coorporate with PayPal at any time in the future. You can use PayPal's "send money" function to send us a membership fee if you like, but this it at your own risk. I by my self would never pay anything with PayPal.

Our WorldPay systems accepts Visa and Master cards of all countries in the world. You do not need to be any WorldPay member and the transaction and your credit card is really save. So please try to use the WorldPay system.
