Offical Wetlook Day - everyone could be wet in every places. Even Police allowed for it. But only one day per year. Only Monday.

I heard that in Poland, this Monday is a day in which people try to get each other wet - I believe Leka is the name. Can anyone confirm? Are there any pictures or Web sites?
