If only folks wouldn't be so uptight about parties like this in the States, it would be so nice. Insurance, litigation, safety concerns, etc, etc.

Especially in the winter - forget it! There's one night club in Philadelphia near me that hosts weekly foam nights in the summer only and has a teeny little

hot tub in the 'back' area but it's all very structured, organized - not very spontaneous at all. I need to move to Europe! ^__^
