If you are using Internet explorer, empty the Temporary Internet Files.

You will find that under Tools | Internet Options, and in the middle box labeled Temporary Internet files. There will be a button called "Delete Files", Press that, take a break as it may take several minutes to delete all the files!!

Close IE and reopen it & you will be able to save jpg's as jpg's again.

NOTE: Do NOT make the TIF file size larger in the Settings button area!!! It is a temptation, but causes more grief than it prevents.

Hi folks,

I can't seem to be able to save any jpg files this pass week. When ever I use right click "Save As" all the file names come up as untitled and I can only save them as a Bmp file extension.

Any ideas anyone?

Free pics for someone who can figure this out. LOL
