A warning to you all at this Holiday time. Remember that those spray cans of cream are very dangerous. I lost control of mine when preparing the dessert, and the results were spectacular - as you can see. For the real wet fans, yes, I washed it off afterwards but you'll have to wait to see those photos :-)

I hope that your Christmas time goes with a bang too.

Perhaps Shampoogirl and I should get together sometime as we both seem to be equally clumsy when it comes to desserts?
