CCNow, my e-commerce service, now accepts PayPal -- without the need for me to have an account with them. Since I only need to conform with CCNow's terms of service (which I do) and not PayPal's, the original problem is circumvented very nicely.
Just click on the "Add To Cart" links on the videos you'd like to purchase. At the end of the process, it will ask you how you'd like to pay. Select PayPal, and you're done!
