The reason I am starting to hate them is because these days when a girl dresses up to go out, they put on a denim skirt.

The diversity of fabrics and styles has all given way to this one fits all garment. They wear them to the beach, they wear them to go shopping, they wear them clubbing! There was a day that i can remember when all of these occasions had a varried set of styles and fabrics, now they all give way to the bloody denim skirt, grrrr! For me it would be great if clubs started to ban the damn things, in the same way that denim was banned from clubs in the 80's. So these days, 40% of girls wear jeans to do everthing, 40% wear a denim skirt to do everything, all of the other styles and fabrics are crammed into the little 20% remaining. I am really hoping that one day it will be a sad to wear a denim skirt as it is to wear a shell suit, but due to the practicality of the garments, it is unlikely to happen and as such, the chances of girls wearing other styles and fabrics will remain in the 20% bracket for many years to come!

Yes....we all have our little bugaboos...i.e. things that drive us nuts....

...for you it is denim skirts

....for Wet Brian...a diehard jeans fan...nothing bugs him more than girls who roll up their jeans to go wading...and then get them all wet anyway (i.e. if you are going to get wet in your jeans...why did you roll them up when you went wading then...)

for me...the thing that bugs me most these days is TATOOS.....especially those at the base of the back. Tracie and I have such a hard time to find "tatoo-free" models these days.

I can see what you mean about denim skirts though.....cos being a skirts fan myself...I want skirts to either float or flare or go see thru...and denim skirts do nothing when in the water...they don't move or float about.

There is no way to metomorphosise a new sexual stimuli. Over exposure does lead to loss of desire, however, a period of wetlook deprivasion can cure the effects! The more you get, the less you want, the less you get, the more you want. Of course, perhaps you are lucky and have more than one sexual stimuli, in which case, you switch between the two.

I used to like wet skirts, full stop, all wet skirts, I now hate denim skirts, I mean really hate them! So many girls now wear denim skirts, I remember when girls used to dress up in flimsy fabrics to go out, now they all wear bloody denim skirts. However, if girls all stopped wearing denim skirts, my interest in them would grow again.

Gee, if I think women are sexiest when they are well dressed and soaked, and I got so much of that, that it lost it's appeal, do you suppose I'd find myself liking something else that much, or I just wouldn't like anything that much? Actually I dated a psychologist that suggested this "cure". I don't know if this is a good thing to try or not. I don't know if it might lead to boredom with sex in general, or a pooh fetish or something. Maybe I'd better stick with something I can occasionally talk the wife into.

Actually, guys that like small bathing suits or naked porn don't seem to get bored with all the bathing suits and naked porn that are around, so I don't know that I believe it would work. Besides, it just sounds like trying to "cure" being gay. I think if you're a wetlook type, you're a wetlook type. Oh, I wish there were a lot of Webshots that I liked. Plenty for the jeans and T shirt fans, not much that does much for me.

I suggest you see Stanley Kubrick's "A Clockwork Orange" to see how they "cured" Malcolm McDowell....

i.e. being exposed to something all the time will soon make you grow sick of it.

I like beer.....but if I had to work in a brewery every day I think I would get sick of that too.

Most folks I know have developed their interests because they get a thrill from seeing the uncommon, the rare, the unusual events they don't normally see. Wetlook fans are not interested in looking at bikini girls....cos they can easily see that any time they like.

I have always thought....if we were all transported to an alternate universe...where everything was "the opposite"....i.e. and girls swam in clothes all the time...and the sight of a swimsuit was a very rare thing....then most of us would probably be turned on by swimsuits instead.

It's no different than a stamp collector or coin collector....i.e. whats the fun in chasing after things that are common or easy to get.....it's a lot more thrilling to find the rare or the unusual.

Thats part of the problem with the whole "webshots" phenomina.....we are all being subjected to way too much wetlook these days. In the 1980's....to find some nice pics were great....but these days we are being inundated with way too much pabulum.

Someone on a lower message mentioned jobs with wetlook opportunities. One of the best would be operator of a water ride! Constant wetlook all day! A year or so ago, Cheetos had a picture of a control stick with possible settings of cheesy, cheesier, and cheesiest. Chester Cheetah was smiling as he was shoving the stick over to cheesiest! I imagined that I was a water ride operator and this control stick adjusted the ride's splash level. Wet, wetter, and wettest, and me smiling as I shove the stick to wettest! Riders wouldn't have a chance of getting off dry with me at the controls!
