Do you know that?

Or are you assuming that they should have translated everything into english for you?

My site isn't in japanese, it's in english and pretty bad spanish, but that doesn't mean that I don't want japanese, germans, french, italians, americans, russians or anyone else to join.

It's really very simple. They take credit cards. It costs 50,000.00 yen a month. If you can read Japanese, just follow the instructions on the information page. If you can't read Japanese, they don't want you to join. It's that simple.
