I dunno.... all the competitive swimming I've ever seen has been with conventional swimsuits, and since the goal of such swimming is to make the best times, clothed swimming would be out (water resistance, etc). If a swim coach insisted his students swam clothed, weird alerts would be going off on all levels.

Wanna see a lot of wetlook as part of your job... be a lifeguard at a public beach or swim lagoon in a heavily Latino area! Latinos are just about as relaxed about clothed swimming as those in East Asia.

I wonder if there are any highschool swim teachers out there who are into wetlook? Anyone else ever wondered this? Id love to change my career to coach a swimteam.
