I think that regardless of paid model or not, you have at least a moral, if not legal, obligation to only use or distribute images within the limits of the model's "informed consent", whether that consent was given verbally or in writing. That's why paid models sign releases... to provide proof of her informed consent or your "right to use".

So, if she consents, I see no issue.

I have seen examples of guys posting pics without such consent, only for them to disappear shortly afterwards, when she finds out. I have posted a few pictures I took of a woman friend, strictly within the limits of her informed consent.

Another example, drifting a bit off-topic but still relevant:

We have a brand of instant coffee in Canada named "Taster's Choice" (it might be sold in the US or elsewhere in the world too). A man's face appears on the label. The picture was taken during an audition, without a release, perhaps 20 years ago and he's been seen on the product's labels all those years. He just won a settlement of $15.6 MILLION (Canadian) - about US$12.5M with current exchange rates. The point is that if it's you in the picture, you probably have some legal rights governing its use, and a "piece of the action" if someone else is profiting from it.

Just food for thought if your wife/girlfriend ever catches you posting pics of her without consent.

I'm not trying to be negative or cause any problems here but I've noticed several people posting pictures of their own g/f's on this forum and personally I think guys should have a little more respect for loved ones then to put them onto a forum where people come to jack off. Just wonderin what anyone else thinks about this.
