Most of the files on Wamtec Gold are similar format and size to what you see on WIR's site....i.e. clips are normally from 4 to 10 megs in size and run times are 2-5 minutes on average. This is fairly modest (unlike the TZmodels site and all the Mostwet sites....those sites have videos lasting up to 20 minutes and file sizes at 50 megs on average...so broadband is a must for mostwet.com or tzmodels.com). To be honest....although the file sizes on wamtec gold are mostly under 10 megs...I would not really recommend the site for dial up users....cos even at 10 megs...using dial up is a rather frustrating exercise and very tedious to download so slowly.

These days....dial up is $10 a month and broadband is only $40 a month....i.e. only $30 more.....so if you have $30 to spare...the first thing to spend it on should be to get broadband...not join a paysite....cos you cannot really experience the internet until you get broadband.,....so I say...spend your money on broadband first.
