Use Netscape! right click works fine in that.

They have right click disabled. That's why they didn't know how to save it.

OK, open the Pic, then open your photo album software, f.E. PhotoImpression, MGI PhotoSuite or similiar, which can photographs the desktop. This function is mostly called "snapshot" or "capture/screenshot". May be you can elect if you want photograph the full screen or a window. Try it out! Have success!
