....I remember that NG issue & the pics; a strong early wetlook experience... You`re right - times have changed & not for the better....Baggy shorts & oversized t-shirts are not wetlook IMHO, just another type of bathing suit.

This is the famous Sliding Rock in Oak Creek Canyon in Sedona, Arizona about 25 miles south of Flagstaff. I remember reading about it in a feature on Arizona in National Geographic waaaaaaay back in 1962. It showed a picture of Sliding Rock with most of the people wearing long pants. The article mentioned that long pants were recommended because of the roughness of the rocks and the toll it took on bathing suits after a few trips down the shoot.

My how time changed!
