Seems like we're only hearing one side of a story here. I can't believe someone like Erik Elsas would stoop to attacking the competition in such a manner as you describe. He's been making and selling wetlook for many years now, and has a reputation and a following. I don't think he'd have any reason to sabotage someone else's wetlook business to protect his market position. Besides, every producer is at least a little bit different. I don't really see him as having ever been in competition with anyone. You either like his stuff or you don't. You either buy his stuff or you don't.

I'm pretty sure I've seen some folks selling copies of his tapes (either authorized or unauthorized copies) on eBay. For that matter I've seen tapes from other producers up for sale on eBay too. That is something he has every right to object to. It costs money to produce those tapes in the first place. If you've done your own, you already know this. He has every right to protect original sales of his stuff by discouraging piracy and re-selling of "previously viewed" tapes.

Apart from the piracy issue is one of equal application of policy. If you are selling your own product on eBay and he has been denied the opportunity to do the same, then he has a right to complain about it. If this has led to you being denied the means to distribute your own tapes via eBay, that is unfortunate. However it should not be that difficult to find an alternate means of distribution. Look at how leonmoomin and weinerking (liquid ladies) sell their tapes.

If I've missed the point here, please let me know. As I said, we're not seeing a very complete picture thus far.

Eric Elsas not want that other people sell their videos. he writes to ebay that they all sell vorbitten erotic things at ebay. He wants stop the ebay trade of wet look things. So he can sell more .
