There does seem to be some limited awareness of wetlook in the mainstream; there has to be some considering the amount wetlook is used in music videos and advertising.
Elsewhere in the media, I once caught the first few minutes of Dr. T & the Women, a rather average movie from 2000, in which one of the supporting male characters makes reference to meeting his first girlfriend at a poolparty, where she was completely wet, and then later saying that he prefers girls in wet clothes. |

By AnthonyX - anthonyx@jowc.net Thu 02/12/04 07:33:16 GMT Perhaps I have too much free time, but I saw a little of Regis & Kelly this morning.
One of the guests was Jimmy Buffet (we all know who he is, don't we?). Jimmy was promoting his new book and made mention of a foam party. This triggered some discussion because apparently Regis did not know what a foam party is, and Kelly had to explain it to him (remember she was in a foam scene in a recent episode of Faith & Hope).
Perhaps this is much ado about nothing, but I thought I'd mention it.
