The pics have to be loaded onto a server somewhere first and then include the URLs in a posting. Beware - a lot of the free space providers (like Geoshitties) are no good for this as they do not permit hot-linking - and this is necessary to have the photos appear within a posting.

i've downloaded a lot of pics, so I want to do something for you and give you some pics to download for your pleasure, but how could I post some from my HDD? I know it works from URL's, but I didn't know them anymore. If it works, please write me an answer.
