I think you are referring to "License to Kill" with Carey Lowell. At the end of the movie, "Bond" jumps from a rooftop into a pool, and pulls Carey (wearing a blue evening gown) in with him.

For those of you in the United States who aren't aware, this weekend is Bond weekend on Spike TV. I believe just about every single James Bond film has at least 1 wetlook scene it...my problem is I don't remember what kind is in which movie! I know there was a blue dress in a pool in one, but that's the most detail I can remember...does anyone know what type of wet scenes appear in each Bond film?
