Roscoe: You may not have a clear idea about this, but I am posting another thread later to explain. If couples were to guarantee me they would come to this event and book a room, then this give me an idea of how to plan the event. IF we get more couples that want to join the party and not be subjected to internet exposure, then that can be done. But I have to know which way to finance the project, so please visit the new POst I am making above this comment to you. (WK)

Well, you are half way to being straight about it. If you don't get everyone to sign a model release, and if you don't let them know this will be required before they make reservations, you are opening yourself up to one heck of a legal problem if an identifiable picture shows up on the net or on a commercial DVD. I love the idea of a party, but this looks a little too much like free modelling for a commercial producer at our expense. I seriously doubt you are throwing this party for the enjoyment of the community. Let's be honest about this up front, you will be posting and or selling images of participants, right? I'm not asking who owns the images, I'm asking what's going to be done with them, and are the proper notices given and model releases obtained?

As far as I'm concerned, I'll not be showing up to anything like this where my wife and I don't retain all rights to any identifiable pictures of us.

Ok! I'll state it up front. All video and images will be the property of "Waterlogged Productions" aka Liquid Ladies. If u don't wish to have u or ur wives/girlfriends involved in the pool party, either come out and don't get involved or don't come at all. It's as simple as that

So by being there, would that mean we are giving permission for anyone to distribute or sell photos or video of the wife on the Internet without our consent? Do we have any expectation of privacy? This needs to be stated up front.

Attention everyone......

The plans are in the works for the Liquidladies New Years Eve Pool bash once again at the Quality Inn Motel in Clarksville Tenn. I will know for sure if management will permit us to throw this wingding sometime by mid week. BUT...This is what I must know now to propose to the Motel..

1). How many people are seriously interested in coming to this event? The cost is $25.00 couple

We encourage you to bring a date (even if they are not into wetlook, you can toss them into the pool at midnight).

2). Once again rooms will be available at a discount package additional to the package, so the total package would be around $65.00 per couple :

This will include.....

bottle of champage, motel room, cont. breakfast next day,party hats & supplies and above all..

MUSIC, Dancing, pool games/contest with lots of prizes for winners, and the tradition leap fully clothed into the pool at midnight. Pool water in the indoor pool is 85 degrees...

Now people on my staff that are working the event with me taking pictures will not pay the $25.00, but must let me know you are coming so rooms can be reserved.

So, who wants to help and folks for the blast of wet fun on New Years Eve to ring in the wet 2005, I need a list of all people seriously interested in attending this event. Answer by forum, but an e-mail to me is preferred. Regards and lets hope Randy will let us have the time of our life..
