Look for people who would describe themselves as "open-minded" and like swimming. If you have a pool at home, or have friends who have pools, take advantage of any opportunities for pool parties. It seems that at most pool parties, someone always ends up in the water fully clothed, even if a situation has to be "engineered" in some small way. How people react to a dunking should tell you a lot about what other wet fun they might be open to. Beyond that, focus on meeting people you would want to spend time with for other reasons than simply enjoying wet clothes. I believe the biggest mistake some people make is getting too hung up on seeking out only those people who will fit their fantasy mold.

Hello! I was just wondering if anyone out there would be nice enough to tell me if they were aware of a way to find 'friends' to get wet with. :) Any suggestions, sites, clubs, etc? I am just a college graduate looking for some wet fun and I am having problems finding anyone (girl or guy!) to get wet with! :) I know stormy waters is nearby hehe...but I'd appreciate any advice or tips if people got 'em! thanks :)
