That scene comes from the 1989 b-movie called LETHAL PURSUIT...she did that long before she was on Silk Stalking.

I uploaded the old pic I made of that scene 10 years ago...I have thousands of celebrity wetlook scenes like this on my hard drive that I have not looked at in years...

The scene in the film is pretty good...though Leslie Easterbrook's scene from Police Academy is still my favorite.
