Last night on Sports Personality of the Year, Paula Radcliffe was chatting about training routines and mentioned she has cold ice baths. When asked whether it was cold, she replied, "Well, not really, i sit there with my jumper and thermals on..." great!!

If nobody knows who Paula Radcliffe is, she runs long distsnces and has won Gold at the Commenwealth and European Games,won the London n Chicago Marathon whilst setting a new WORLD RECORD
