Pity. I remember the catfight scene which was featured in a Lynx advert in about 1997 - two good looking girls in jeans and leather boots, wet, and having fight in the sand: you can't get much more interesting than that. I had never heard of Faster Pussycat Kill Kill at that time and I immediately wrote to the makers of Lynx to ask them what the hell film that scene came from. They told which one it was and I went out and bought it right away. Top work Russ, R.I.P. |

Anybody who knows the Russ Meyer legacy of films, knows that he single handedly invented the genre for cult films about big breasted women. Several of his movies contained wetlook scenes too....for a list of Russ Meyer films with wetlook scenes...refer to Anythony's wetlook database site where my database is stored.
Anyway...Russ Meyer passed away yesterday....and he will be sorely missed by fans of big breasted women around the world.
I cannot resist the first thing that came to my mind when I heard the news of his passing...i.e. Bob Hope's theme tune..
"thanks.... for the mammories"....
Russ would probably approve of that.
