The negative guy either a)spent too much time as a pool lifeguard and/or b)had spent the entire evening waiting for the op to see some skin and now found himself in danger of being cheated. So, he ended up ruining it for everyone. Adam, you didn't say if the guy owned the house or had any authority over the pool. If not, then call him on it: "Dude, since when is this YOUR pool?" or "Hey, who died and made you Head Lifeguard, ya party pooper?" The girls oughta pipe up and support you. Come to think of it, why were a bunch of girls obeying one guy? What happened to Girl Power?! (Disclaimer: This is pure conjecture, I've never been in such a situation... ) |

By Sopping - katakai@verizon.net Fri 13/08/04 04:42:06 GMT About once a year a posting similar to this appears. It is indeed frustrating. And one wonders what was the motivation of the negative guy?

By leonmoomin - leonmoomin@ntlworld.com Fri 13/08/04 02:47:27 GMT If the girls were willing!
As soon as I heard that guy, I would have started pushing them in! Once one was in, they all would have played!
But that's me!

By Adam - Fri 13/08/04 02:20:47 GMT Have to let out a little steam here. I was at a garden pool party yesterday, there were several girls willing to jump in the pool wearing everything. Street clothes. One of the guys there yelled out, you go put on swimsuits before you jump in the pool. What does one do in a situation like this? Ask the guy to leave? Get him to go back in the house? Sheesh!!!
Adam :(
