Years ago my girlfriend and I layed (or laid) out of school and went to the lake. We had on our school clothes (jeans, Izod shirt, and so on) and got in the lake. She rolled her jeans up, and I questioned that. She said she did that so as not to look like an idiot swimming in long jeans. Personally, I could care less what others thought (or think), I rolled my eyes, and she unrolled her jeans.
