Get yourself a water pistol and shoot the girls you want to go in the tank with it, that's what I do. (Word of warning, when shooting random females with a water pistol, always aim below the waistline and just one quick squirt to start with, to guage the respose! Always smile! )

Seriously, it is a lot harder to explain than it is to do? I use charm and cheekyness to get the girls in, although, I am usually on a stage and neither is all that necessary! It is always good to have a good sprinkling of fully clothed girls, then future participants may not get put off thinking they have to strip off! I was doing a dunk tank night once and the first girl decided to go in naked, there was no more volunteers until i got one of my friends to go in fully clothed.

I have tried on many occasions here to try to explain how i go about things and if I go into to much detail it gets to compicated!

Just be yourself, have fun and pick a great barker, if you know a guy with good looks and a way with the ladies, he is your man!

Every year there is a microbrew festival here in Bakersfield and this year we're thinking of setting up a dunk tank at it. If there is anyone in the area, like maybe DesertHawk, that would be interested in helping Elizabeth and I out we'd really appreciate it.

What we're looking for is someone to be a barker, to help get people onto the tank, to help run the tank, and to help collect tickets. Elizabeth is going to get in the tank in several outfits and we're hoping to get other women, and men if they want, into the tank.

Also, Leonmoonin, if you could give me suggestions as to how to get women into the tank I'd really appreciate it.

The person or people we're looking for have to be 21 years old since it's an adults only event and there is usually quite a bit of drinking.
