My Wife and I visited the Lake Mead recreation area nearby recently in September; where I saw a woman swimming in her clothes. I don’t know whether that was a “one off” or a common occurrence but I cannot imagine that she would have been able to do this in a pool in a built up area without having a lifeguard or pool attendant telling her to change.
Lake Mead definitely seemed like a having good wetlook/clothed swimming potential. It has a long shore with few people around who could interfere, warm, reasonably transparent water and a firm sloping floor that would only cause problems to a barefoot person because of the edges on the stones in certain places; obviously not a problem for someone wearing shoes.
Our visit was before I had started telling my Wife about wetlook, so when we swam, we only wore T-shirts in addition to our swimwear; only just qualifying as wetlook but a start nevertheless – it was the first time she had worn a T-shirt in the water. I have certainly earmarked Lake Mead as a potential future spot for wet clothing activity.
Until we visit again, we will have to make do with the much colder inland water in the UK.

By Magician - Thu 22/07/04 20:58:16 GMT I posted the question the other day - I'm going in September, and would like info on any possibility of anywhere in Vegas for a Wet night out - they must have foam parties at one of the night clubs upon occasion? Also with the heat and all the pools there must be some wetlook? Heres hoping, Magician |

By Rod (Editor) - Thu 22/07/04 07:48:21 GMT Website: www.wetkernwife.com A few days ago someone posted a question about night clubs and WetlookU said that they wouldn't really be worth his time. Elizabeth and I are going to Las Vegas in August and had a couple more questions. At Mandalay Bay by the pool, at night there is a nightclub called Moorea that sounds like there is water all around. Would we be able to get in the pool and have you ever heard of other people getting in the pool? Also at the Rio, there is a nightclub called Bikinis and they say they have a dunktank in the bar area. Have you ever heard about people being dunked in it. That is a big fantasy of both of us to be in a dunk tank and would do whatever it would take to make it happen and hopefully that one is open. Also, the Person last week mentioned Skin at the Palms. The website says it's by the pool, have you heard of people getting in the pool and do you think we'd be able to get in it? Thanks for any information you could impart. Rod
