What's going on with the weather here in England??? Its cold, wet and windy. No-one in the sea or fountains! I dont mind summer rain - it often creates wetlook - but its so cold now that everyone's either wearing raincoats or sheltering indoors.

WHERE IS SUMMER???????? Where are the scenes of people cooling off at Trafalgar Square? Hopefully August will be warmer!
