"Dressy-Dipping: Dressing Up to Go Swimming" is back as "DressUp2Splash".
A shorter title, but that says it.
I share my own willingness to not only get wet, but to be seen in public in wet clothing, and I dedicate this site, as "Dressy-Dipping" used to be dedicated, to every girl or woman who has willingly been seen in public or on the Internet in wet clothes.
This includes every woman and gorl who models or ever has modeled wet clothes for any wetlook producer, or who has been willing to have a candid shot of herself in the water in clothes posted online.
