Interesting point of view on the shoes. Why are shoes logical in a pool but not a stream or lake? In my personal experience, I like shoes to protect my feet from whatever might be down there, even if it's just rocks and sticks. I'm with you on the barefoot at the sea thing-- who wants shoes full of sand? :) And what about at a waterpark? I think they strongly prohibit shoes on slides, but I sure wished for something for walking on the hot, rough sidewalks! |

If a girl is to jump into a pool, shoes are logical. But when a girl is going to play in a stream or in the surf, it is logical that she will take off her shoes...it's more comfortable and practical. No she won't take off her clothes, and that is why we are here, are we not?
