I'm not certain that this will help you, but when I call international, I use http://www.quip.com

Basically, you dial your personal number before dialling, and then the call is charged to your credit card, rather than a phone card...

Might be worth a look... but I dont know if it works in other countries.. its possible though?

Hi I've been visiting this site for many years, giving my 2 cents worth from time to time and I feel that I've known many who visit here for some time. I need your help. My teen-age daughter is visiting London, Paris, Frankfort, Zurich, Amsterdan and Brussels in a couple of weeks and I have a question for those across the pond. I'm sending her with an international phone card for calling home. If the minutes run out, can you get pre-paid phone cards in Europe? Thanks in advance for your help.

Now, for 2 cents worth, It's finally warming up here in the Chicago area, coaxed my wife into our pool to help stir the water and help the filter remove more of the large particles during the annual startup. She was wearing a pair of shorts and a cotton camp shirt, but wouldn't you know it, the water was too cold for her and she refused to get completely wet. Drat! Well there's always next weekend.
