Thanks for the answers, I didn't actually realize the tape was a 240 until I had put an hour on it and it didn't look very full :| That tape hadn't been used very much before I started using it as my cliptape so the quality is pretty decent. It's all in regular speed, long play sucks.

No...they are all spread about on many different tapes.

I only send out tapes as per the tape number. I do not have the time to permit customized selections. Thats the number one "no can do" rule in my tape club...I only send out tapes "as is"...i.e. as per the tape number shown on the database...so if the scenes are on 5 different tape numbers...you would have to order 5 different tapes.

Not that I can recall. I have over 26,000 scenes in the database...and many kinds of "Mary Poppins" (non nude) wetlook scenes....but not done in the same way as those Greek models scenes.

Provided the content is recorded at SP speed (cos I do not want tapes sent that are recorded in LP or EP mode...because the picture quality is degraded so much) then a 4hr tape in SP mode would count as 2 tapes. However...in order to record 4 hrs onto 1 tape in SP mode...you would need to use the E300 longformat tapes...and I really discourage people from using E240 and E300 tapes...because the tape is so thin it warps, stretches and tears so easily. Tape collectors should only use E120 format tapes.

How can I put it...using those long format E300 tapes that are thin and flimsy tape...as opposed to using the E120 regular tapes which are thicker and stronger and more stable tape....is like the difference between using 1 ply toilet paper and double ply toilet paper....and hands up everybody who likes to use 1 ply toilet paper...ha ha...so avoid those 4hr long format VHS tapes like the plague...cos they will crap out on you eventually....just as the bog roll will...ha ha.

Are the Greek TV models scenes that you have all on one of your cliptapes/DVDs or would I have to buy lots of DVDs from you to get all the scenes?

Do you have any other scenes from elsewhere in the world that are like the Greek TV models scenes?

I am only interested in trading for tv clips...so please carry on collecting those scenes you have found thus far, and when you have filled a 2hr tape then we can trade for the 5 cliptape DVDs you want.

Similarly, I hope our friend in France who is providing us with all this great info about Le Big Dil show will do the same thing too..i.e. please save all these "nice" (i.e. nice people) shows on tape and send me a copy and he can claim 5 free DVDs too.

I wonder why it is that French tv channels are so isolated and folks are not able to view them in other countries. The Italian, Spanish and German channels are all widely available in the UK, Austria, Belgium, Holland, Switzerland etc...and so any gameshow in those countries can be picked up on satellite in at least 10 european countries. But the French tv channels that air shows like Le Big Dil and Nice People can only be seen in France...and nobody else in Europe can see them. The only French channels that are exported internationally and seen overseas are channels like TV5 which is horrendously boring as all that channel ever airs are wildlife programs, debates and documentaries.

It's a pity Wet Brian cannot receive the French Tv stations as easily as he can pick up all the german channels on uk satellite....i.e. like the Fernsgatan variety shows by the pool from Germany...those are good scenes.

go figure.

Would I have to buy like 10 different DVDs to get all those Greek scenes or are they all on one? Also, do you have any other scenes that are similar to those, but are still Mary Poppins wetlook? Is it okay if I send you a [full] four hour tape when I want to trade? You've already promised me a 5 to 1 trade twice for that tape but it's easiest for me if I wait a bit until I trade with you.

I have about 20 different scenes from that show....from over the years (dating back to 1994). The 2 scenes you mention came from 1994 and 2001. I have 2 other scenes from 1994 that I did not have time to create video clips for...where the models are wearing blue beach dresses and brown dresses in the sea etc. I have other clips where the girls are in minidresses in the sea that I did not create clips for yet. However...the majority of the scenes I have...are mainly of the "original" hostess for that show...who..in the mid 1990's...would often take a fully clothed dip in the pool herself. She was a good sport and seemed to enjoy going into the pool. Sadly..she quit the show and joined another tv station 4-5 years ago...and the new (current) hostess for the show for the last 4 years is a bit of a prima donna...who have never once gotten wet..and seems to avoid all those kinds of scenes...so the current hostess is a "no hoper" for going in the pool...only the fashion models and guest singers will.

Paul from Greece knows what I mean...the original hostess for that show was a good sport who often went in the pool...whereas the current hostess is one of those types that does not like to get their hair messed up and makes sure she stays well clear of the wetlook action...

...a bit like "Vivian"...the hostess on BATTLE OF THE SEXES from Mexico...i.e. whenever the shower booth comes out on stage...she scurries away off stage like a rat...ha ha.

How many of the Greek TV models scenes do you have MK? I have the models in red and white outfits going in the pool (the first one fives), I've got the brides in the ocean (My Big Wet Greek Wedding) and I have one with the girls mainly in white shirts in the pool trying on different sun glasses. Are there many more I can get as the red and white outfits one I mentioned is my favorite clip.

Hey Paul...that daily Greek tv show that produced all those wet wedding dress and models in the pool & sea scenes from past years...had their first wetlook models event of the 2004 summer season today. They normally have interludes with models in the pool at least 6-7 times during their summer poolside shows. Anyway....today, they had the models showing off some summer outfits, heels and handbags, and then being hosed down by the pool and getting a nice soaking. I managed catch the first run of the show that aired at 3am in the USA and Canada...and it will be repeated again this afternoon at 3pm for those in the USA and Canada who get the Antenna 1 channel in the USA (it is called the Odyssey 1 channel on Canadian digital satellite services).

This is a "live" show...so you should have seen this some 7 hours earlier in Greece...but if not..tune in for the re-run later today.

Today the models were just getting hosed down by the side of the pool.. and only one of them dived in the pool...methinks the weather must not be hot enough yet in Athens for pool scenes...hopefully your weather will warm up soon and more girls will dive in the pool in tomorrow's show....but stay tuned to Antenna1 channel (or Odyssey 1 in Canada) cos I don't have the time to tape this channel every day.
