Well...here's what I just did and what I think (IMHO)is more than likely the main problem. I use Zone Alarm Pro for my firewall and like Norton or any other firewall, they all should have a privacy section that controls the type of cookies used by those sites ie:session/persistant,3rd party, and the ability to block all or some of them or to allow them. And to apply that to ur favorite sites that u visit alot, whilst keeping the main privacy control on high. I went and blocked some cookie controls and some add blocking on Mark's links that he posted just to test them, and sure enough I was not able to view the images, so I had to undo all the changes I made. I was then able to view the images.I use IE6 6.0.2800.1106w/SP1 also. What I tell ppl when they ask me about using firewalls, is that u better know how to get around in the program, knowing what does what and be able to configure the program so that it doesn't screw u up. And they will if u don't.

On the two links provided, all I can see is text - no thumbs (and no "little red x's" either).  I'm running IE Version 6.0.2800.1106, with SP1.  I also am using Norton Internet Security Version 6.0.4.35.

Thanks for being concerned, and also for all you do.

There seems to be a browser compatibility problem with the galleries I recently created. Loads of people were able to see the pics with no problem, but I have had a small number of people reporting to me that the links were broken and they could not see the thumbnails. I have checked everything from several different computers and with IE and Netscape browsers, and everything works fine from my end. I even went to Tracie's house and they all come up fine from her house too. However...3-4 people still say they cannot see the pics. I wonder if this is some peculiarity related to the version of the browser they are using...or whether they are using special browsers like Opera or Mozilla that do not recognize certain html commands.

If anybody else has problems to see my galleries...please email me and specify what browser version you are using.

If anybody knows of any quirks with browsers that can assist folks...let me know....cos I am stumped with this one. Here are the 2 test links that some folks say do not work on their browser.
