Yeah, it doesn't recgonize the key. Already tried uninstalling and reinstalling but still didn't work. Still haven't heard back from them yet. Sent them two e-mails already.

yep boilsoft I would keep emailing them. They did give u a key to unlock the program I take it, and it's not recognising the key? Or try uninstalling and reinstall the program and try the key again.

Need some help joining AVI MPEG files

I downloaded a AVI MPEG joiner a while back that was shareware, and I paid the 20 bucks to register it, but a little over a week ago I had to reformat my hard drive. Now my registration code won't work with it anymore and I uninstalled and reinstalled it but still won't work. Does anybody have any ideas? I e-mailed the people I bought it from, they sent me to the people who made it(third party) and they haven't responded back.
