If I recall correctly, there are three scenes about water drying skin. Two swimming costume scenes about sea water and swimming pool water and the third wetlook scene about "any water"; however I cannot remember who's cream it is advertising.

I tried to make out the sponser but couldn't BTW, and this is for everybody Ya'll need to checkout JW's non-wetlook section. One can spend hours in there playing with all those patterns, shapes and colours

And they make awesome wallpaper

I've replaced the Ministry of Mayhem clips with this very brief scene from an advert. I forget what it was for.
