To my eyes, it seems the photographer used a ton of saturation for starters. I think also, the water could have been "selected" and altered via Photoshop's Levels and or Color Curve/Hue alterations. The videos often show a brown water color up close in these sets, and normal blue reflection off the sky for distant shots. There may be slight green tints like many lakes have but this outcome we see in the photos is manipulated. No nuclear H2O here :)
