I wouldn't know - my parents are unavailable for comment.
If I ever do have kids (LOL) I kinda hope they inherit it (if it is in fact something that's inheritable, either by nature or nurture), weird as that may sound - there are worse fetishes for someone to have!
I will say this - when I start to think about why I like something, I often start to find ways to talk myself out of liking something. And then I regret thinking about it because I still like it and still want to like it.
Inherited or not, I'm thankful for having it because it has led me to interesting places and people.
It's kinda fun to have these academic discussions that pop up every once in a while. |
