I didn't actually watch the first clip, but it looks like the shower scene from the movie "Heathers" Basically, Wynnona Ryder is one of four girls named "Heather" who are the ficticious "rulers" of an american high school. Wynnona isn't really one of the "heathers", just that she also has the same name, so she ends up getting included in the "heathers" group. Things get sinister and murders start happening, and Wynnona walks into the shower during a moment of frustration. (sorry if I spelled "wynnona" wrong) HTH
