Psonally, I try to do something different each time. But sometimes the circumstances determine what I wear... Public pools in Poland have such a rod up their butts that they practically frown if you're not wearing penis-defining Speedo-style swimwear... but since they allow my American-style swimshorts, I like to hide at least one if not two pair of underwear under there...

Many times the spontaneity is more important. Oh, darn, I'm wearing the same t-shirt I wore last time, and now here's this oh-so inviting lake... :)

So, Tails, I've been wet in everything you listed, but also sweatshirts and long-sleeve shirts; light-colored cotton pants were fun, as were cargo pants; 501's are nice but only my black jeans are Levi's. Don't forget the shoes and socks!

each person might feel their own preference to what they like, so you could have many different answers as well as some disagreements on this question. Perhaps you should ask this question to yourself and experiment with what you think is best.

Wait - there are two ways to look at this - 1) what is it that you like to wear, and 2) what is it that you like to see a member of the opposite gender to wear.

IMHO, there is no single definite answer to this question...

I love getting wet in really tight spandex cycling gear. You can do "things" in lycra, without actually taking it off...

Whatever turns you on, I'd say. Try leather if you get the chance... feels like nothing else.

As a guy, I would say my favorite things to get wet (and muddy.. if that means messy) are:

Lei jeans, mudd jeans, paris blues jeans, a/e outfitters jeans and all other Ultra low rise jeans. (all size 11)and usually with somthing nice underneeth from victoria's secret. Yes thats right they are all girls jeans as they are without a doubt the sexiest, softest and by far the best to get wet as they do indeed cling to you... Also i get many many compliments from women on my choices of jeans... For guys clothes i almost always wear 501's.. accept no substitutes.. :-) I would love to hear any comments/thoughts from any girls out there about my choice of jeans to get wet in.. :-)

I have been interested in the subject of wetlook and it's messy counterpart since the age of seven when I accepted a dare to lie in a puddle of water in a street and soak my clothes.

Since then at the age of 29 the pleasure of wet & messy clothing still excites me and I am looking for some suggestions on types of clothes to get wet and messy in.

So far I have gotten wet mostly tracksuit tops/pants, t-shirts, socks/pants and one winter jacket.

Suggestions if you can provide any are welcomed!
