In the Poconaos of Pennsylvania there's a resort hotel that has rooms with both a hot tub and small pool in them. We went there for our honeymoon and had a blast. Expensive as hell, but worth it.

I think it's called Ceasar Resorts (cesearpoconoresort.com). You could google that, too, and find it.

I wish we could afford another weekend there :)

Can somebody post the link or e-mail it to me the website of the hotel that actually has small pools in the rooms? I think they are located in Chicago but can't remember. Thanks
