By Walt - Fri 10/10/03 11:40:46 GMT I had that some years ago with a select few sites. I reinstalled & things seemed to work themselves out. I think there was an issue with a script the site (or an ad) was trying to run. There did not seem to be any malicious or anti-OS issues, as they worked OK after reinstallation. I hope this works for you!
As an aside: More than one person has had issues with Webshots. The problems I had were not related with Webshots. |

By Ingo - Fri 10/10/03 07:56:40 GMT Hello, perhaps some of you are having same problems with webshots and a browser? It's always the same problem when opening a webshots page: Mostly, one second later I can only see my desktop - the browser collapsed. It's not when opening a special image or page - it happens by chance, just as if webshots doesn't like my browser. But if this would be the reason, webshots must be angry against new Netscape 7.1, old Netscape 4.7 and Internet-Explorer 5 or a Microsoft operating system (OK, i could understand this aversion :-) )! Are there some people sharing my problem - perhaps someone found a solution or a reason why all browsers collapse?
Greetings
Ingo
