Better to tape it. Local versions of MTV and VIVA play it worldwide (or at least europewide). Never saw the english version broadcasted though. Maybe because the text doesn't make much sense. French version better.

On MTV Poland they said that there are also some small visual differences in the two clips. Any one found them?

actually, I perfer the french version. Link above is the english version. The french version you can find under http://www.moi-alizee.com/video/jenaimarre_h.ram
