It sounds to me like you are posting this message on the wrong forum...cos the paysite that monitors where you access from, and if the same ID is being accessed from different countries, then they are alerted to that...are located on a different forum.
They have started their own wetlook forum...so I you should post the message or concern to their forum instead.
This is a very simple thing for webmasters to monitor...i.e. it is not really a factor of just "where" you are located...but a factor of "time" as well. By that I mean...you should be perfectly entitled to travel and access your membership to the site from wherever in the world you are travelling to. Memberships should be considered as "global" and "portable" ....
The real key is "time"....i.e. if you are based in the UK and access from the UK...and then at a later date you access the site while travelling in Europe...that is totally understandable. However...if you are accessing from the UK on a certain date...and then another access is made from Russia...ON THE SAME DAY and within a few hours.....then that appears to be a password trading violation.
Therefore....your case should be a simple matter for you to resolve with that site...i.e. if the accesses were made from different countries on different days...then that is ok and your account should be re-instated. But if your access was accessed from the UK on one day...and then accessed from Australia on the same day or next day....you are presumed to be guilty of password trading...cos it is impossible for somebody to travel from the UK to Australia in less than 2 days of travel time.
Travelling is not a crime....but simultaneous access from different countries on the same day within a few hours is something that warrants investigation.
One thing is for sure....if your account was suspended, then the webmaster has the logs, facts and figures, and can easily re-examine your logins to see if this was a mistake or not...
...but like I said...you posted this on the wrong forum...try contacting them on their own forum.

In reply to Message (11035) Paysite Subscriber Beware!!
By BWR - barneyrubble81411@hotmail.com Wed 07/07/04 17:46:20 GMT Website: none I just found my account suspended by one paysite who I won't name yet for some reason I can only guess at! I'm not sure what their problem is, but I guess it may be because I travel for a living and use three different wireless access providers wherever I am at the time. I have never traded a password in my life, and I don't see how someone can guess my user ID and password to start using it. Since they are going to play this game, I'm not going to buy a membership in any paysite when my memberships expire! I payed for the membership and I expect to use it when I please! Since paysites aren't the only wetlook game in town, I can better spend the money I'll save on wetlook videos. There's lot's of great wetlook videos I'd love to have, and my DVD player will let me watch them anytime I please! |
